* For orders more than $850, it will be shipped with signature required. Please email tangchi.couture@gmail.com to waive the signature requirement.
*We do not ship to PO Boxes. We are not responsible for any delays in shipping caused by ground or air transportation delays, severe weather, or other circumstances out of our control.
*If the recipient refuses delivery, then your package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier. The order will not be eligible for a refund.
Return Policy
Due to the delicate nature and couture craftsmanship of our pieces, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
Each piece is carefully inspected prior to shipment. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us promptly with photos of the issue, and our team will be happy to assist you.
International Duties & Taxes
As an independent, small-scale fashion house, we are currently unable to cover import duties, taxes, or customs fees for international orders.
International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
